CRED Cards management revamp
Cards is CRED's flagship product. Atul Khola led a small design pod that rebuilt card management from scratch around clearer control, faster actions and one view of a member's cards and dues.

Our creative advisor was Lead Product Designer at CRED from January 2021 to May 2025. He led the rebuild of its Cards experience and NeoPOP, its design system. That is the experience behind our fintech work; the studio itself is new.
CRED is a Bengaluru fintech company built around credit card bill payments. It raised $251 million at a $4 billion valuation in October 2021 (YourStory). Atul Khola worked there for more than four years, across Home, central experiences, Shop and several zero-to-one explorations.
Two pieces matter most here. He led a small design pod that rebuilt Cards, CRED's flagship product, from scratch. And he led NeoPOP, the design system shared by seven product lines, which CRED later open-sourced.
Fintech interfaces fail in specific ways, and none of them is about colour.
The usual shape is the Product Design Sprint ($25,000, 6 weeks): four to eight core flows, designed with their states and edge cases, plus a light design system your engineers can build from. Larger or open-ended work is product design at $15,000–$45,000. If the first problem is the marketing site, a Launch Sprint ($12,000, 2 weeks) comes first.
We ask for your funnel and support data before we design anything, because in fintech the support inbox is the best research you have.
The studio has not yet shipped a fintech product for a client. Atul's fintech experience is in India, at a consumer company. We are designers, not compliance advisors: we work with your legal and compliance people on disclosures, consent and regulated copy, and we do not replace them. If your product is institutional trading or core banking infrastructure, ask us for an honest read on fit before you commit.
We analysed 705 YC 2026 company homepages. The fintech cut is here, and the full report is State of YC startup design 2026. Across the whole batch only 18% link to a pricing page, which matters more in fintech than elsewhere: people want to know what it costs before they connect a bank account.
work · led by our creative advisor · not studio client work
Cards is CRED's flagship product. Atul Khola led a small design pod that rebuilt card management from scratch around clearer control, faster actions and one view of a member's cards and dues.
CRED had seven product lines growing at once and needed one design language that could flex across them. Atul Khola led NeoPOP, a system for product, interaction and motion that CRED later open-sourced.
At Media.net, an advertising technology company, Atul Khola redesigned the company site, cut onboarding drop-off for advertisers and publishers, and designed finance and ad-monetisation products for Forbes.
We publish comparison lists with prices, review counts and named clients. We are on some of them, marked as us and never ranked first. If another studio fits you better, these will help you find it.
The studio has not shipped fintech client work yet; it is new. Our creative advisor, Atul Khola, was Lead Product Designer at CRED from January 2021 to May 2025, where he led the Cards management rebuild and the NeoPOP design system. That work was done as a CRED employee.
No. CRED was Atul Khola's employer. We describe his work there because it is the relevant experience, and we label it so it is not mistaken for a client engagement.
No. We design with your compliance and legal team: disclosures, consent, fee wording and regulated copy are reviewed by them. Atul's fintech experience is in the Indian market, so for US, UK, EU or Australian rules we rely on your advisers.
The Product Design Sprint is $25,000 fixed for 6 weeks. Open-scope product design runs $15,000–$45,000. Prices are public on our pricing page.
Yes. A light system, tokens, components and documentation, is part of the Product Design Sprint. Atul led NeoPOP at CRED, a system used across seven product lines and later open-sourced, so the approach is tested at a much larger scale than a seed-stage team needs.
We are in Bangalore. You get a daily written update and one live review a week in your time zone: European working hours, the US East Coast morning, or Australian afternoons.
