Questions
How long does a product design engagement take?
Four to ten weeks for a first version or a focused redesign; longer for a full product with several roles. We work in weekly cycles so you see real screens in week one.
Do you work with our engineers directly?
Yes. We hand off in Figma with tokens and named components, review PRs where useful, and stay on for two weeks after handoff. Most of our clients ship on Next.js; we design with that in mind.
What does it cost?
Product design engagements run $15,000–$45,000 depending on the number of flows and whether a design system is included. Our average engagement across all services is around $20,000.
Can you start from a Figma file we already have?
Usually. We audit what exists, keep what works and rebuild what doesn't; a partial system is faster to fix than to replace.
Do you do user research?
Lightweight, yes: interviews and usability sessions with your users, run inside the engagement. We don't sell research as a separate deliverable.
Do you design for AI products?
A lot of our work is: chat and agent interfaces, streaming and waiting states, showing uncertainty, editable output. See the AI startups page.
What do we get at the end?
A Figma file you own outright, a design system, prototypes, and documentation. IP transfers on final payment.
How do you price — hourly or fixed?
Fixed scope, fixed price, paid in milestones. Retainers are available for ongoing work after the first project.

Bangalore, India. Our afternoon overlaps the full European day and the US East Coast morning; we hold a daily async update and a weekly live review in your time zone.
